Anyobody with a Maxim 9 tried the pmag mags? Trying to stock up on glock mags in anticipating of eventually buying the Non NFA Maxim, and trying to see if the pmags will work and drop free?

The pmags are what came with mine. They work fine and drop free.

Thank you sir. FYI brownells has them in stock for $11.97 for FFLs, $13.99 regular.

I was reading that the glock pmags have trouble with steel cased ammo, anyone tried this?

Can't say about the Maxim, but I have 1 for my Glock 17. It feels extremely light, almost toy-like. I'm not sure if I'd trust it for "real" use, until I either hear several good long-term reports or I put a few hundred rounds through it.

The only problem I had with mine were light primer strikes every now and then with steel cased ammo. Worked fine in the glock pmag, Maxim 9 just didn't always set it off.
