Upgrading Ruger MKII Suppressor Packing to Baffles

I have a friend that has a HTA suppressed Ruger MKII that has packing versus baffles in the suppressor. Even when perfectly clean it isn't very quiet compared to a newer can with baffles like my Oasis. The suppressor has a threaded end cap that allows the packing to be replaced, so baffles could be installed as well. HTA is long out of business.

Does anyone offer a conversion from packing to baffles? What is the approximate cost to do this?
