I installed mine and put 100rds of Winchester NATO 124gr FMJ and 150rds of Remington 115gr FMJ through my Mini Uzi today. The cyclic rate was noticeably slower, but not too slow. It's a definite improvement and I couldn't be happier with it. Thanks Troy!

You take good notes.
I found my old spreadsheet from 2005 with those same numbers.
I also had documented using crappy UMC yellow box amo and got as low as 640 RPM with that ammo.

I took it out a few months ago and this is with my reloads 147Gr reloads
standard bolt:

BarrelXchange asked me to test running with no weights. I probably should have tested without the suppressor since that is what I did in the pics above but I forgot. Need to do that again I guess.
