The beast lives. M10/308 uses off the shelf unmodified dpms lr308 barrel/bolt/recoil system/mags. Yes it requires a receiver hole but if you are already drilled for a SABRE you are good to.

Since my m10 was drilled for the SABRE I designed the recoil rod location for the 308 to use the SABRE hole. There is no Lage hole location for the m10 as his max10/15 is IRM only.

Have not tried it yet but I saw references for the Sabre that uses the VLTOR tube, buffer and Green Springco spring to slow it down. Hmm. might have to try that this wknd.
