Got Max-11a1/15 email from Lage

Great news! Got my email for my 5.56 upper for the baby Mac today. In the email it is estimated that the upper is to be completed within the month. The Long wait is almost over, at least for me….

Got mine a couple days ago.. Number 14.

Here's exactly what the email said:

"You’re currently on the waiting list for the MAX-11A1/15 5.56 Upper Receiver for the M-11A1. Your Upper Receiver is estimated to be ready within the next month!

At this time we’re asking for confirmation that you are still interested in purchasing the MAX-11A1/15 Upper Receiver. Since we have a waiting list for this item we will need a response within 7 days to hold your spot for you.

You can simply reply with a “yes” or “no”. If you would like to purchase the Upper we will send you another e-mail when it’s ready. If you respond no, we will remove you from the list.

If you have any questions please let me know. Thank you!"

So we should start seeing them in the wild in about a month.

IIRC I'm #83 on the 11-a1 list. I wonder when my turn will come around.

I hope (and am sure that) folks will post up as things move forward so most will be able to guestimate when their number will come up.

Just ordered the 1913 Brownells AR 18 repro stock, for the PS 1913 stock adapter, with a plan for a 14.5” barrel. Unfortunately, still 300 deep on the 11A1/15 waiting list.

I wonder if lage will try and make the Mac 10 and m11a1 version at the same time or just complete all max11a1/15 first then move onto max10/15. Maybe more efficient to produce one then the other but I’m sure they will try to accommodate both versions as best they can. Like I’ve said numerous times, I’m super excited for the max11a1/15

The first batch of MAX-11A1/15’s if 27. We will build a batch of MAX-10/15’s next and alternate back and forth. 25 for the first batch, then batches of 50.
