Eventually having no extractors on the market is going to become a problem. But I've only broken 1 in 22 years

When demand gets high enough, someone will make them from scratch.
Won't be cheap though...

I know social media is the future (or present, for that matter) but I'm a forum guy.
I just don't like the SM format and how topics get lost so quickly.
So stuff that happens there... I never notice it. 🤷‍♂️

FWIW I've been using a 45 extractor since 2003 when I slapped together my IMI 45 acp receiver in the 9mm config.

Been zero issues.
Even back then spare 9mm extractors were HTF and pricey.

I now have 4 9mm spares one for each gun.

Was going to buy a few but they were OOS before I got any.
Been like that a lot lately missed the PSA AUG 20.oo mags last week too.

Missing lots of deals now that I'm retired and not on the internet all day at work.

At that rate I'll be almost 400 years old when mine are gone.:)
I'll say it again, These ARE the good old days.

The Uzi Pro is discontinued, so do not expect any new Uzi parts from IWI.

Amphibian have you or anyone else here done business with KAK Industries? They have some nice looking stuff on their site. I'm not gonna pay 69 to 99 each for a flippin' extractor... Well unless it's the only option

You used a 45 extractor in a 9mm bolt? For 9mm ammo? And it ran good?

Semi or FA?

I've bought various stuff of their website like the Tungsten AR16/M16 bolt weights and their muzzle devices to use on HALO style suppressor mounts with no issues. I haven't heard anything bad about them.

Yes Dirk.
It's a semi gun.

I bought a stripped 10mm/40 s&w converted bolt from barrelXchange.
Put a 45 extractor in it no mods runs 100% in 9mm.

Got the info that it would work (might need modded) right here 20 years ago. Got lucky dropped right in and works.

Everything old is new again.
