Don’t know about that Turan stuff but it sounds like it ran ok. I’ve had some decent success with this Russian zinc? plated case cheap crap, I believe it’s called “sgt major”, black box .380. seems to work well. I normally don’t really purchase non-brass cased ammo, i got it for a bargain from a buddy who had a ton of extra and figured I’d give it a try. I have had reasonable success with cheap steel case Russian crap in the past and this stuff is a little bit fancier looking. I am far from an ammo snob, if it is cheap and it works then I’m all for it, and I’m willing to try out whatever at least once… Seems to work fine. I’m sure it’s inconsistent and results may vary, but I’ve gotten lucky with cheap ammo for the most part.
