Picture or diff. of part 837 v/837s ?

The buttstock support block part 837 and 837s what is the differance? I bought a folding stock and it will not take the part that hold it in the folded postion? cannot seem to see what is differant w the full stock block and the one that came w/folding stock? thanks for the new forum.
