Why would a mini top cover be 8 hundo when you can chop up a FS top cover?

I mean if you just couldn't get a cut down repop or something i could see a few bux on one.

I thought everyone had a junk drawer full of mini, micro, and full size covers.......

weren't they like 89 bucks at US barrel shrounds when in stock, someone needs to stamp a few more out

There is almost always one or two of the semis on Gunbroker for about the same price. Maybe the one in the OP being an OEM ratcheting SMG one ups the price? Although I think I could hand file in some notches in the semi and use a FS cocking handle assembly if I really needed one...
