Folding Adapter Solved But Gun Wont Cycle

I bought this Aero Precison Pistol with 7.5 or 8 inch barrel
I have the same pistol and it works perfectly(the older one)
Problem 1
I wanted to install the folding adapter on another AR but cannot get it out of the lower receiver. Thats problem number 1
After finally getting part of it off and getting the bolt extension out of the gun
( I never thought i would get it out. I buggered it up it was so tight!!

Problem 2
Upper wont cycle ,fired case stays in chamber
Fired it with the folding adapter but it wont eject or cycle
I separated the upper from the lower and put the upper on my other aero and it wont cycle. The fired round stays chambered and it feels like you are shooting a blank. I first thought it was the bolt/folding adaper but the upper wontg work on anything else. I looked for an adjustable gas block but it does not seem to be an adjustable one
I need two solutions;
how do i get the adapter out of my lower?
Why doesnt the upper cycle? I am thinking the gas tube -maybe not aligned

The gas tube is held on by a housing that was loosey goosey
Now the gun functions perfectly after i cinched down the allen screws

SO l need help with is how to get the folding adapter off

That looks like a knockoff of the LAW adapter. In front of that little pop up bolt retainer is a screw in sleeve that secures the housing to the lower. Should be slots to engage it. You will need a wide "screwdriver" like a choke wrench to get it out. Probably a setscrew on the side locking it in too. Brownells install vid for the LAW unit shows how it goes together.
