I checked my invoice and it will be a year on the 29th of this month.
I got an email last month that said they would be shipping soon.
Any news from anyone?

I haven't heard anything. Last time I called Calico, they said they were still working on slowing the ROF down. That was about 1.5 - 2 months ago. I do hope they ship soon, would make for some awesome summer fun.

Yep.
Last month they said the 9mm versions were almost ready to go out the door.
I will send them an email today.

My invoice is dated 5/29/2007.
Missed the projection by a little, starting to lose patience.

Maybe the Shrikes will start shipping if they see someone else wants to steal their "no delivery" concept....:silly

I got a call today from Calico.
Spent quite a bit of time on the phone.
Bottom line is that the upper runs super fast and they don't want to release it until it runs really good. Still getting the occasional empty chamber due to outrunning the mag.
The guy was sincere and really wants to turn out a good product.
My vote was to send it out running at light speed, I can handle the occasonal missed round.
I ordered 10 mags for a reason:mini-gun
The 9mm should come out soon too.

oh, it's still ugly (had to beat garandman to that one!)

I have tried to call an get someone at Calico for the last few days. I want to find out where this .22lr upper stands. If I do not hear from them after leaving multiple messages I have no choice but to contact my credit card company and dispute/request a refund for an undelivered product.

NEFOZ...can you help me out here..?

You better check your contract with the CC company. They generally only give you a fixed period within such time you can dispute the charges.

But there is always the USAG office.

I have played phone tag with Chris at Calico for about a month and this past week he has stopped trying to return my calls. My CC was charged on 6-9-07 for the full amount of the upper and the 4 for 3 drum deal, just over a grand. I too am thinking of asking for a refund.

Has anyone asked for and received a full refund from Calico yet? Does anyone know if they are even in the refund business? :thinking

If they refuse, find out why and ask for it in writing, then go to your credit card company and see if they can help. If you are sure you dont want it, and never will, I would write them a letter asking for a refund listing the reasons, and send a copy to the State Attorney General and the local office of the United States Attorney General. If they refuse, then I would call the USAG office and ask if there is any remedy. I dont know about the rest of you but $1000 is still a lot of money.
