That looks a lot like my LM5's receiver, including the 3rd pin hole, but the selector and the flash suppressor are not. Neither are common on Vektor rifles here methinks.

Definitely NOT legal. 3rd hole = a machine gun. I'm surprised RIA didn't pick up on that. Whoever wins that is winning a felony.

I messaged them about it being possibly illegal and they sent this:

"Lot 796 - Thank you for your question. If the receiver had a “cosmetic” 3-hole receiver, this should be ok. This item however has been pulled for a full review with our describer staff to verify.
