Does anyone know, does vector test fire their smgs before they ship? Mine is a very nice unit. I was very pleased. I inspected it when I got it. It had noticable brass indications on the bolt face. BUT had no other signs of being fired. There was No, not a trace of brass on the feed ramp. It almost looks like they tested the bolt out of the unit. Any idea on how or if they test fire their guns?

I think only one member here could answer that for sure, so I just sent him a PM. When he's on next, maybe he can answer. Karl.

I thought they test fired like 10 rounds of S&B ammo per gun?

I would have read it either on their web site or (more likely) in the SAR article on Vector but my understanding was that they did a full mag dump on each gun. I can check the article tonight.

Mike stated to me in a PM that they fire

two 25 round magazines for testing per gun.

Hi!
tommygun's correct! 2 full 25rd mags per weapon at least. If "tweeking" is required then more.
