Form 4, Part 4 answers for FNC Sear????

Can anyone tell me how to fill in Part 4 on the Form 4 for a sear? I suppose I can lift the answers from the dealer's Form 3, but I'm curious what S.O.P. is with these little pieces of precious metal.

Tulsa OK

4b: Auto Sear
Machine Gun

4c: N/A

4d: FNC

4e: N/A

4f: N/A
