The MARK 5 STEN bolt is unique. Just look at the front of it and you can see how it is cut differently as compared to the earlier bolts. Richard MARK 5 bolt MARK 2 & 3 bolt

The answer is "yes,....but", because of the shortened length of travel, the bolt may foul on the disconnector, so the Mk5 bolt has a section ground out on the front face as a path for the disconnector (as illustrated in the APEX photo).
