out there? I'm getting a mini in a few months and I'd like to pick up a parts kit for future use. I called up Vector to inquire about whether they offer one. They do but the price was something like $700ish I think. Is this the going rate for the mini parts kits?

Thanks,

IMHO Vector tends to be a hair high on most stuff, but finding a new parts kit for a mini will prove near impossible. Plus the kit would match your guns finish. Karl.

I don't know what Vector includes in their kit but someone had ONE parts kit for the MINI at the last Knob Creek for $500.
It came with lower, barrel, bolt, topcover, stock and maybe a few other parts not sure.

Thanks for the replies guys.

I suspected the parts kits would be reall expensive. I'm going to keep my eyes out to see if can get one for a decent deal. If not maybe I'll wind up with a Vector parts kit. It seems like a good idea to have one. If they're that scarce now I wonder what they'll be when Vector's kits dry up. Providing of course there's not an huge incoming shipment of mini UZI parts kits in the future.

Sure the Vector parts kit is $700 but where else are you going to find a BRAND NEW mini uzi parts kit? Vector had to pull teeth to get these. If a few years when they can't be imported anymore, somebody will pay a HIGH price for it. In 50 years you can refinish the receiver and slap the new parts kit on it and have a brand new gun. Everyone else will be stuck with their cowboy action guns because everything else will be banned!

Check D&D guns. They had one listed I believe. Can't remember the price though.

Thanks for the suggestion. Here's the kit.

At $695 it seems like the Vector parts kit would be a better buy. I'll have to call up Vector again and ask what the price is. I seem to remember it being somewhere in the $700 range.

Thanks,
