Im seeing a bunch of NFA FNCs listed at over $10K now.

WTF

Ruben has one and I saw a few others.

Are they really that pricey lately?

People are ASKING crazy prices lately. We'll see if the market supports them.

My guess is this is being driven by the spike in M16 prices. FNCs and AACs are seen by many as an affordable alternative.

It's a long time coming, they were hovering around $7000 price range for awhile,I see AC556 selling for high $7000 + range and everything else has gone up

I for one am happy they are going up, it's a long time over due. They really are good quality guns that for some weird reason were far cheaper than most other rifles similar to it.
For the guys who want an auto sear get one while you can.

Considering that he is asking $7K for a NIB M11/9, I guess $10K would be about right :goofygrin

It is worth noting Ruben sold the one he had listed VERY quickly.

Well, based on the Miller, Heller and McDonald a reasonable person can conclude Hughes is unconstitutional.

Only a reasonable person who was drunk when he read Heller.

Wrong. Miller concluded only firearms appropriate for use by the militia were covered by the Second Amendment. Heller concludes the Second Amendment is an individual right (among other things). McDonald confirmed the Second Amendment is incorporated against the states and municipalities via the Forteenth Amendment.

I interpret this to mean that firearms in use by the military would be apropriate for the militia and thus for me as a citizen:

"I ask, sir, what is the militia? It is the whole people, except for a few public officials."

— George Mason, in Debates in Virginia Convention on Ratification of the Constitution, Elliot, Vol. 3, June 16, 1788

Of course, legislative reality is a long way from this point. But that's the objective.

well rubin pushes this crap all of the time. I think he wanted 7K for a NIB mac11 lol. I think its a market change, the gun has been undervalued for a long time, plus its still cheaper than an m16.

Speculation - Will ATF allow the FNC sear in the FN "Family of firearms" , including the SCAR ?
We have known this is the correct decision, however, time will tell.
AND, a FNC sear is way undervalued for the potential it represents.
Like a Belt fed, closed bolt semi 249 with a sear trigger pack from a SCAR ???

An ATF approved upper in 5.56 was just introduced to the market for the M10 with one for the M11 to follow shortly by Alliance Armament. Soooo glad I didn't sell my M11 years ago, I'll be all over an upper for it when they come to market.

This will surely boost the price of the lowly M11/9s out there.
