I know that I've seen green grips and forends on UZIs, does anyone know who makes them?
Thanks.

I don't know who all made them but I do know both IMI and FN have made it. My guess is that GI did also and maybe Lyttleton too. Ask Hotel9 if his parts are green. Karl.

Yep, I found 'em...

They're on Vector's website but not in the accessories section.

They are in the parts section.
Forend halves $10 ea., grip halves $10 ea. / $40 total.

Thanks guys.

I have a set of green grips and forearms. They were made by Group Industries. Both are molded/stamped "GI" on the inside. I've looked at the green furniture several times at different gunshows (including Knob Creek 2003) and they were always stamped GI. You may want to check a gunshow to see if you can find'em cheaper. I bought mine for $20.00 total, but that was a few years ago. Not sure what they're going for now. Here's a pic of my green furniture.

Thanks Dan0341...

Nice setup.

I like the black polymer stock too. I was thinking about the all black look but I like the green because it is different. I'll probably go green on the plastic and refinish my wood stock to match the green.

Mario,
actually the stock is green, but looks like black because it's a bad pic with poor lighting. I took one of the forearms to Home Depot and they mixed a small can of green stain to match my green furniture. The green on the stock is a darker shade, but it still came out looking good. I then sprayed a few layers of verathane (or something like it) to help protect it the stain. One of these days I need to take a better pic of it so people can see what it really looks like.

Cool...

Dan0341,
Karl enhanced the pic and that's the look I want. Good job.

Thanks Karl.

that green furniture would look real nice if the gun had a black Teflon finish!

Dan0341,
That is a much better picture.
The stock is a much closer match than you let on.
