Who converts Uzi mags to Colt?

I bought a Colt carbine 9mm today and only got 3 mags. The other mags for sale were $125 each. I got a bunch of Uzi mags so who does this and what is the going rate?:heavy

I think JoeBlack does them. I'm not sure though, but I'm going shooting with my buddy tomorrow who had some done and I will ask him. I don't recall the price, but I believe it was reasonable.
