Who can make a Barrel?

Any one know who can make a barrel for me. It’s a 45acp barrel. Needs to be about 9”-10” long. One end is threaded the other has to be turned down a little (1”) for a sight. Total barrel is not tapered or anything. Outside diameter is about .755. I tried a few doing a google search and they were not very helpful. At one time Jason at Indianapolis ordnance used to make one offs but I think not anymore.Seems not to complicated, just above my pay grade. Lol. Any leads. The barrel comes out of a Spitfire carbine. I have the knuckle part. Just need the barrel. Thank you. Pic included for a Visual I have a barrel as a donor, just needs to be reverse engineered?

Not sure of the thread pitch, I’ll get that figured out. I can send a donor barrel if needed.
