Which semi would you choose: SM11A1 or IMI Uzi pistol?

Which is the higher quality, or simply more fun semi auto?
Open bolt .380 Mac
Or closed bolt 9mm “micro” uzi
If you had a chance to buy one (~1.5K for the uzi, ~2K for the Mac) which would you choose? Or neither for those prices?
I’m assuming the Israeli gun will be higher quality, but the Mac would be more fun.

I have a closed bolt micro Uzi. It's cool to have because it's so iconic, but it's horribly difficult to shoot accurately. I think this is primarily because you can't get an offhand grip forward of the pistol grip and the trigger is just bad. There's no real way to hold the pistol without it moving significantly once you pull the trigger. I'd recommend a MasterPiece Arms MPA30SST. Mine was actually one of the most accurate pistols that I owned. It just plain shoots to the point of aim. It was so accurate that I SBR'd it, so it's no longer a pistol.

I had a Uzi pistol a long time ago and liked the look but awkward to shoot accurately. I have a MPA mini defender I sbred and it's a hoot.

Easy.
Buy an open bolt M11 .380 and don't look back.
Fun to shoot, easy to conceal, holds it's value, ALWAYS a conversation starter at the range....I could go on and on.
I will refrain from elaborating on it's most salient feature, but suffice to say that in a SHTF scenario, 5 minutes of "tuning" and it will outperform the Uzi pistol by at least a 1000 to 1. :uzi
From the CRAZY prices I've seen on Uzi Pistols lately, an SM11 can be had much cheaper if you follow the ads.

The Uzi is for looks, the Mac is for ease of conversion to federal prison inmate. Save up and get a transferable, or just get an MPA.
