phew .. wierd things sure do show up on ebay for the uzi sometimes .. looks like someone was trying to invent a light uzi bolt for higher rate of fire ? .. i just dunno ..
ill tell ya tho this is cool ifit were somethin that IMI sent to action arms way back in the day and someone got this from action arms and is posting it here .. pretty cool .. id like to know its history ..

Rough casting before machining... looks like it could have been treated better...

I will agree with a "What the hell is this?"forum. I have a bunch of stuff in the garage I have no idea what it is.

The first selection would be the hold open strap for a 1919. Everyone who opens a kit wants to know what it is. 2nd how to mount it!!!

looks like an old bolt with lightening cuts(reduce weight),per performance problems i.e. falure to feed,stove piping,and such.
