What is the length of Wide G3K hand guards ?

Pick up some used wide green G3 full length hand guards at a Gun show. cheap!

I want cut them down to G3K length.

Can some tell me the length of the hand guard of the G3K??

9.6 inches. for the G3K as opposed to 11.5 for the reg G3.
