May I suggest a Thompson Submachine Gun...No other full auto firearm has multiple NFA shoots dedicated to it, and its history is unparalleled.

Norrell 10-22...lightning fast, cheap to feed, easy to customize, and pretty much everyone's favorite when I bring out my collection.

Someone else's full auto, and their ammo............ Makes no difference model or caliber. I will shoot it.

My 28 Thompson. Points and shoots great. Nothing else can compare to 100 round drum dumps. It will be the last gun I will sell, even if I'm too old to shoot it I just love looking at it

100% agree. It was my dream gun. I had a toy Thompson at age 5!!

Wanted one since I was 5

Ww3 comes and it would be at the bottom of the list of guns I’d use out of my collection though

Beautiful gun. Back when guns were 1/2 art, a 1/2 function

My transferable M16 is my favorite, followed by my DIAS AR15 with 9mm Freedom Ordinance belt upper mounted on a tripod and spade grips (photo HERE), followed by my M11/9 and M11A1 in various factory, CF-W and Lage configurations, followed by my Scorpion Evo postie, followed by my UZI.

That being said, what do I shoot most often even though I enjoy them all? The M11A1 with a Lage MAX-31 drum feed upper.

HK registered sear and RDIAS are superior for the multiple calibers / multiple experiences of the issue-type weapons they offer...including belt fed for both

Other goto favorites...Sterling, Uzi, and of course .22 full autos such Norrell 10/22 & PPS/50. MP40, Swedish-K Yugo 56, Yugo 49 and Beretta 38/43 are all nice as well, but shot less often.

I've left several out...but any of the above are really nice IMO

Not considering belt-feds is very limiting as well...

Every full-auto that I have fired was F-U-N to shoot! They are:
HK MP5 A3
MAC 380
American 180
German MP40
Swedish K
Colt 9mm SMG
Thompson; Colt Model 1921
Thompson M1A1
UZI SMG
Mini UZI SMG

Ruger KAC556-F
Colt M16A1
Steyr A.U.G. - 24" heavy barrel

Vickers water-cooled - .303 British
Browning M2 HB "Ma Duece"

It's like asking me which of my 2 grandsons is my favorite...

PM-63 is no doubt my #1 favorite to shoot.
Second favorite is either the Colt model 635 or FN P90; really nice guns so I'm stumped between the two.
Third is probably an UZI (with the wood stock, I wouldn't want put my cheek on the folding stock during full auto lol).
Fourth is gonna be the MP5a2, I've tried it a few times from different owners, but it never really "amazed" me like what the hundreds of people tell me; it's a great gun, don't get me wrong, I just think it really isn't as great as people make it out to be, especially with the price tag it carries.

I haven't shot anything else full auto besides those, it's a bit hard finding machine guns in CT lol, almost all of the ones I've shot were when I was out at Pennsylvania, Colorado, and Georgia.

Are you talking about a transferable PM-63? Just had to google it. Looks like Ian doesn't love it, but I am a fan! What a cool gun!

Thanks man! and yup, it's a transferable :) though sadly I don't own it at this time, CT machine gun law states they can't be selectfire, it can only be full auto or semi, no choice. Long story short, my cousin (who lives in a much more gun friendly state) owns it under his name for time being, I only gave him the money he needed, and then once I move out I'll have it transferred over to me; though I have shot about 700 rounds with it when I did have it around when I visited him

I also saw Ian's review and shooting on it and was a bit surprised by his comments during shooting, I've never had issues like the ones he explained (except for the poor sights and slide being a little too close for comfort lol). I put a dab of red paint on the tip of the front sight but it only made it a little less bad, though I can still hit 12 inch targets at around 35 yards no problem, I'd say that's pretty good for an open-bolt with a 6 inch barrel :) Never had problems of gas spitting out into my face either, in fact I think it does a really good job of expelling the gas away from you; it might've been just his that had those issues, it's typical for PM-63s in armories to have a lot of wear on them, all of the ones I saw were in pretty poor shape.

I would love a transferable PM-63. There can't be more than a handful on the registery. Ive never seen one.
