I bought this recently, and yes, it is FA.. all the parts seem to be a legit SAR, except the fact that there is a bipod attached to the thing. Note there is also a bayonet lug.
And, the receiver markings are (at least for my layman eyes) rather non-standard. There is a stamp on the barrel "3-80", assuming that is the manufacture date.
