Picked up the tx22 and slapped the FRT in it.
She fucks.
Gun won't cycle CCI quites without jamming the empty between the slide and the barrel.
The quites also don't toss the slide back fare enough to pick up the next round.
My P22 & Ruger MKII's loves the quites with or without the Spectre.
CCI subs work just fine with & without the can.
Gun runs fine in standard semi with the can.
Like everyone else no go with the Spectre on it in fast semi FRT mode.
Without the can it runs just like all the vids FLAWLESS fast mode semi.
On a side note PSA sent me the wrong model TX22 from the sale they had.
Correct mags but no case and wrong model.
This winter I'll get to making some sort of weight for the slide.
I have not tried any high velocity ammo since I probably own less then a brick of it.

CCI quiet only works on my bolt guns. Goes about 700 fps.
Kinda wish I got the TORO model so I could bolt weights to the sight mount. Oh well. When the side wears out I'll get a toro slide.
It says it takes glock sights so they make a keyed picatinny that I can mount weights too.

Are there reports of the Tx22 slides wearing out?

When I see a pile of pix from different owners I'll believe it.
Right now I've not seen a single pic.
As far as I'm concerned it's like fhe AUG cracked stock rumor.
Two stocks crack and the pix keep getting circulated with people claiming it's hundreds or thousands and I've only seen two different pix.

The internet is like two old ladies hanging laundry out in their back yards spreading rumors.

I kinda speculate the Pemelton dude is just trying to sell his insert that supposedly stops the wear.
I just found out today he is selling a " fix " for a problem no one has posted pix of yet. LOL.

Alaskan Shooter & Strobro.

Here is a 3d printeded end cap for the tx22 that can have weight added.
Should have enough capacity to fill and slow the slide down for us guys that want to shoot canned.

It's new, I just DL'd it and sliced it.
50 minute print with out the wings.
Gonna print one in a minute without with wings.
3 designs one with charging handle wings, one with only one wing, and one without.

I can print one for either of you if you don't have a printer.

Good find. I don't have a printer but I would like to test one without the wings.

Alaska Shooter said he got a 400 RPM difference with 1.5 oz and the plastic thingaverse guy said he used 1.6 oz. I pretty sure the answer is somewhere in there. I'm also sure it's ammo specific.

Slapped it on the gun with 450.5 grains on the reloading scale and it runs great now with the Spectre.
Using a 300 grain 454 Casull jacketed projo & a 150 grn 9mm projo hard cast.
I'm using CCI subs since it's pretty much all I shoot.
Might try the quites later they run fine in P22 with the can.
Nice controlled bursts now just like my fleming M10 22 upper.
Yours is printing now.
PM incoming StroBro

I've been seeing people use CCI Quiet with the TX22, FRT and a suppressor. The ROF was 1621 without optic. I cleaned my new TX22 and shot 10 rds of CCI MM the first day. I tried CCI Quiet yesterday with the Spectre and 4 of the 5 rounds failed to eject the empty cases. I'm guessing it's not broke in yet.

At least my FFT is in the USPS tracking system. :)

For those who like to tinker with the TX22, FRT, GSG 110 drums and have a 3D printer.

I have the drum and gun. I'd be happy to pay someone for printing the angled and straight adapters, follower and dummy rounds.

Mine catches the empty sideways and fails to pick the next round of the quite up out of the mag. So it's short stroking.
Working great with CCI subsonic 1050 fps so I got another ten sleeves ordered and got ten sleeves out of storage.

Hopefully everything shows up monday for you and you can get straight to having fun.
Started opening a odysea account and I'm waiting on their email so I can upload a vid or two of it to see what the ROF is with 450.5 grns added.
Did slow it down about as slow as my flemming kit now.
I can pull strings of 5. That's all I can get out of the fleming too.
So far over 200 rnds and works great.

Yup I can print about anything anyone needs accept regulated parts now that I set my prusa printer back up over last winter.
I'll need to get a drum and find a suitable arm brace.

Still waiting on odysea email.

Anyone got a,link to the 10/22 or gsg drum adapter?

Here is a link to my website from today with the TX22. Suppressed no malfunctions using Auguila subsonic 40g this is cool. Also runs on any 40g round nose with out the can and it eats any of it with the can. Regular velocity used CCI Bulk 500 and Auguila bulk 500 40g round nose. Still quiet even when not using the sub rounds. This is fun stuff

I plan to SBR mine eventually, but I did slap it in this for fit check, and it seems pretty good... Will try out tomorrow.

"Supposedly" the 40 gr subs do not work for the heavier suppressors without weight added to the slide. I was looking at your cans weight, 3.6 oz all aluminum. I think that helps. "Supposedly" the 5-6 oz suppressors are too heavy for the TX22 floating barrel. I will confirm shortly with testing with the Spectre and Sparrow.
