Hoss hit the nail on the head! I received mine today... After a quick initial page-through I can certainly state, without a doubt, that this is obviously the most comprehensive Uzi book in existence. This compilation undoubtedly will prove to be the primary go-to reference guide in the library for all things Uzi. Very, very well done; Super job, Dave!

Big D!
My book arrived today and I was blown away at how much information is packed inside! I've held off on buying an Uzi because I wanted to do more research about them. I'm sure after reading this book, my wallet is going take a big hit! Kudos Dave, this book is awesome!!! :thumbs_up

I love this book! I look forward to reading the next chapter every night when I get home now. It is very well documented and the effort that went into compiling this is unimaginable. If you have any interest in Uzis, you need this book in your life!

I tried to take a couple of cool publicity shots, but Photobucket disabled embedding. I don't know if you will be able to see them if you click on them:

You guys act like waiting the few days between placing your order and getting the book is a "long" time. LOL! Dave first broke the news of this book project to me over 8 years ago and I have been pestering him with messages asking about status updates on an almost monthly basis since.
I finally placed my order this morning. That sound you hear is my wallet screaming in fear from the idea of me finding out about more mini uzi stuff I don't have yet ;)

shadeone was a good reminder to never tell anyone about a project until it's done. Your book will ship sometime in the next 8 years.:devil

Congrats Dave! PP sent.

I recall years ago a hint at this book during discussions at SAR. I can't believe it is here!

P.s. I plan on breaking my nose reading this book...you know, sitting on the crapper for hours reading and then standing up and falling on my face when my feet are both asleep.

Hey Dave. I have a question about the picture on the upper left corner of the back cover. What kind of sling is that? It looks like it wraps around the whole receiver and has a loaded magazine attached to it. Is that what I am seeing there?

It's not the original sling made for the UZI, but it's a common sling used by the IDF on many of their guns. They like those wide, long slings and they're easy to adapt to the UZI.

Dave, this book is absolutely amazing! Well worth the wait! I could go on about how awesome it is but I'll just keep it short. If anyone is on the fence about getting a copy, just do it.
