How's the 7.62x39 setup running? Any misfires or early/late det issues? What type of ammo are you feeding it?

lol....oddly enough, the two loaded .45 mags on the other side greatly help the balance.

How's the 7.62x39 setup running? Any misfires or early/late det issues? What type of ammo are you feeding it?

Just got the new mags in the other day. I don't have a .30 cal can, and don't want to piss the neighbors off too much, so I've only done a few semi shots and one mag dump. So far, it's working fine. I do have an "enhanced" 7.62x39 firing pin that I may cut down, but so far the stock FP seems to work fine.

I've actually got an M60 butt that I mounted on an AR buffer tube. Main goal was to have the fold up shoulder plate, and I could not find an AR stock that did that. Honestly, I would love a stock like that on this thing, so you could lean in more when doing dumps.

Why? Why the hell not. 🤪
