What suppressors would be a good choice for a Lage 10/31?
It would live on that upper and pretty much be dedicated to it.
Due to the overall length of the gun I'd think length and weight would have to be considered.
I'm gonna start looking soon and any advice would be great.

Do you want a 9mm specific can?

I run an old Hybrid 46 on my Mac10/31 or I run my Form 1 .46cal can. I run my cans on lots of different guns though. Both my cans are MG, rifle, pistol use.

I run a SWR octane 9HD

Same deal on a few different guns.

Can is 6 inches long.

also a Silencer Co Octane 45 HD little more volume but same length no sound or tone difference. ( that I notice )
I pretty much only shoot sub sonic.

Prices on those cans are all over the place.
Paid 400 for the 9 and 200 for the 45 can so 600 and 400 after NFA tax.

They are nice take apart cans with stainless steel baffles.
Eventually you will want that for cleaning them out.

the one thread here on the Coastal MIMS is pretty interesting.
Mind you it's a large can.
It is take apart and mono core.

I shot one on a 45 UZI a few years back. Wasn't to impressed but we were also shooting on a very damp rainy day with tree cover.
That will affect the sound/tone a whole lot on any can.
Also I was bias as the owner was a SOT and trying to talk me into one when I wanted the original 2 stage to match my M10.
So there is that to.
In other words ya cool can dude but I have no interest in it right now attitude.

I wouldn’t be opposed to a .45 can even though it’s main purpose would be for the Lage as long as size/weight were not excessive.

I posted in the MIMS thread. I just got one for my stock M10/45 upper and seems like a great choice for that, but would like something smaller and lighter for the Lage.

If weight is a major concern you will want to stick with a titanium can. My hybrid is just over a pound. It's heavy.

Dead Air also makes quality cans. Very durable.

I went with a Bowers Vers 45 based on the idea that suppressor volume is your friend with subgubs. I got the threaded inserts for the coarse MAC threads, as well as 1/2-28 for the 10/31.

I have a Coastal Mims but it is a bit large for the Max10-31 in my opinion. I like the Silencer Co. Octane 9. It's light weight and good sound suppression. I have an Octane 45k but have not tried it on the 10-31.

A guy at our club has an Octane 45 he uses on a .357 mag levergun with .38 Specials. I was impressed the first time I heard it.
