What type; hard or soft? Do you have a material in mind?

Its an odd shape to accommodate, to be sure. You could build a pine "transit chest" with wood cutouts and the like. Or maybe you could find something like a trombone case or whatever.

Wooden cases are doable, but if one has the proper setup and patience, a Kydex case can be made, complete with hinges and lock.
Nylon soft Cases can be made as well, or even Leather, although a Leather Case for a Streetsweeper would be a bit odd.

It doesn't matter. I am looking for options and ideas. I've been googling a few things as well. I might stop by a local music shop and check out their cases.

I use a Plano "Gun Guard DLX Accessory" case for my SS. But my SS has a 12" bbl, so I don't know if an 18" bbl would fit (maybe at an angle). I also think they discontinued that case, shame, 'cus it's a good size for sub guns (I use the same case for my MAC and my Sterling MK-IV (the MK-V won't fit in that case)

The biggest question is: does the OP want a Case that will simply hold a SS, or does he/(she?) want a case specifically designed for the SS?

I am looking for a case. I have the soft case for SS/Terminators, but I don't want to use it since they are getting rare. I want something I can take to the range, etc.

Really looking for any and all ideas.

Just stopped by Harbor Freight, their large case is about 1/2" too short. I could cut off another inch of the barrel, so it's not totally out yet, but I'd still have to place the SS in the case diagonally.

I need a case 23" long and 5.5" for the drum. Still looking for ideas.

Just me, but I wouldn't cut the barrel to fit the case.
