I have one. Has worked well for me, with one exception;...make sure you locktite the damned thing in place or the screws will back out under recoil. Be sure to use some alignment rods to ensure it aligns well with the bore once your suppressor is on there. I use a .45 bore can on mine just to be sure.
I have one. The big issue I encountered is that the adapter fits on to the nose of the gun with relatively close tolerances. It's so close that the crinkle paint on my DLO/Andrewski Sterling interferes with the fit.
So I need to scrape or otherwise remove the paint for the adapter to fit. I haven't been willing to do that yet, but maybe one day.
I have one and was successful using it with my L2A3 Sterling, a DA Ghost 45, and a hub adaptor from Ecco machine. Works great, no interference with the crinkle paint, although it is a snug fit.
