Made by the production team that did the Avengers, not a bad effort. Amazing how all it takes to make unarmed Bobbies flee is a few bullets thrown in their general direction. Seems to be a flaw in their system...

I remember another ep a prostitute suicides but one of the lads is her friend and annoys the cops by taking over their investigation and bossing them around. Their boss comes in and reprimands them for abusing their authority, to the delight of the detective on the case. Until their boss looks at a random scrap of paper and informs the detective he is taking over. Seems the lady had the number for the Prime Minister's direct private line.
