Heat treat took a bit longer than I expected but I now have all the bolts back, engraved with my logo, parkerized and extractors installed. Today is the end of the day Friday and tomorrow is the big RT66 centennial car parade (I'm driving a '65 Mustang Fastback) so orders will ship first thing next week. Until then, here are some pictures of the finished product.

I thought this was pretty neat and just had to share it.....

I was browsing GunBroker not too long ago and saw a NavGunner bolt in a S&W 76 auction. The gentleman selling the 76 stated that the previous owner lost the original bolt. Thanks to NavGunner, however, that particular 76 was brought back to life with a new bolt. That's pretty damn cool.

Once again, Austin delivers to the brotherhood.

It’s a pretty cool to be a part of stories like that. The owner stored his S&W76 receiver separate from some of critical function components and his wife inadvertently threw away those parts in the cleaning spree. She thought it was just more of his “junk”.

Thank you!

Full transparency, the car belongs to my dad. As to getting my wife…. We met in church after I got home from the service. I was smitten from day one and 17years of marriage later still feel more fortunate/blessed than ever.

I can totally see that happening with my folks.

In my dad's case, however, a lot of his junk really is crap.

NAVGUNNER Bolt fitment for the "Panama" reference 76A1s produced by Southern Machine Tool and Die under the name G.W.I. (Global Weapons Inc.):

For at least one of these guns, our NAVGUNNER bolt assembly was not a direct drop-in replacement part as the gun’s ejector is much, much larger than any other variant of the 76/760 that we’ve seen. To resolve this issue for the 76A1, the bolt’s ejector relief cut will need additional machining to accommodate its extra-large ejector. NAVGUNNER LLC is pleased to provide this additional work for our customers at no additional cost, however, we will need your original bolt mailed to us for a detailed comparison of your specific needs.

Fun fact: Panama 76A1 SMGs are extremely rare as only 40 of these machine guns were ever produced.

For those individuals fortunate enough to own one of these rare examples or any other transferable S&W76 / MK760 / NORRELL 10/22, FNC, etc., we’re honored to be the only known company currently offering these types of critical-to-function repair parts (albeit in very limited runs). I say this because future production runs of any of these parts are never guaranteed. There are an increasing number of our offerings that once out of stock, we will never again produce them. This has already happened with a few of our products because we will need to continue evolving into new areas which allow our business to not only survive but hopefully with God’s grace, flourish. Thank you for the opportunity to serve this industry and our beloved community.

Very Respectfully,

Austin
