Olympic Arms Receivers are often slightly out of specification ( They can run very tight); this is a relatively minor issue and can be brought into correct specifications fairly easily. The other determinant for these lowers is who did the conversion. Olympic Arms simply manufactured these as semi-auto receivers ( they are forged) then sold them to various manufacturers who did the conversion, such as Fleming, Rock Island Armory, Franklin Armory, etc.

I think the price is low because these are deemed less desirable, however if Bill Fleming did the conversion, I would be confident with the work.
