Recoil Spring(s) Pressures ?

What should be the recoil spring(s) reading at full forward and at cocked ?
How far back should bolt travel when firing ?:heavy

I am not sure I understand the question. How far the bolt travels back depends on your ammo. If your ammo is to weak, you will get a runaway (bad). On the other hand, if it is to hot, you will slam the rear endcap (bad). If you want to know the spring poundage to see if your springs are worn, you would need a spring gauge, but I have no idea what the new unfired spring tension should be.
