Per a thread on The FAL FILES, it appears that CNC Warrior will probably be making a run of Galil receivers next spring.

Personnally, I would love to have a .308 Galil receiver versus a .223 but if we started a group buy or made formal inquiries to CNC Warrior maybe they will make a .308 Galil receiver in addition to a .223 version.

Here is their web site:

Note: I can not run a group buy as I am currently working in the 'sandbox"

If you would like a .223 or .308 Galil receiver, please post a reply so we can get an estimate to give to CNC Warrior.

Thanks

I want the .223 receivers to come without either lightening cut or scope mount cutout. Then they could also be used to build more accurate South African or Valmet clones.

I would like to pick up another .223, so long as it is in spec and properly heat treated.

I am down like Charlie Brown for a CNC warrior receiver in .223. I bought some parts off of them about a year ago to get my used Daewoo DR-200 back up and shooting. I highly recommend them for their parts.

That's what I would like to see also.

I also would be in for at least one in .223 if they are in spec and welcome the thought of a receiver source.

To think I was beginning to wonder what I was going to do with my 3 of my .223 kits downstairs. I don't have any .308 Galil kits and I've heard the mags are hard to find and expensive when you do find them so I don't see a .308 Galil any time in my future.

With non-existent parts and $100 magazines,a 308 receiver would at best be a limited run of a handful of units.Even then,I don't see how they could be profitable for the manufacturer.

As long as they are to IMI spec I'm in for 1.

+1 for IMI spec, I would maybe like to see an AR stock adapter as well. MSA should send him a mag adapter to help the alignment process too. Man I am really pumped about the thought of a brand new US made receiver!
