On a serious note, Somewhere I have the first catalog that Wayne Daniels started selling these. Shortly thereafter the ATF decided that the adapters were Suppressors and charged Wayne with Tax evasion. https://www.vpc.org/studies/smalrpb.htm

Don't know if this is the first from SWD as there is no date on the catalog. But I guess it is the first offered as it is just called an adaptor. They then offered the funnel shaped one and called it a flash suppressor.
