I would be surprised if this question hasn’t been asked many times but I tried the search feature and wasn’t able to find anything.
I actually have several questions….

I think the issue of +P ammunition has several parts:
1. How it relates to being used in the action arms carbine with the original barrel (16 inches) both in terms of accuracy and higher pressure)
2. I guess when it gets approved I’ll buy a 10 inch barrel from Green Mountain Rifle barrels, the threaded one. Does that make a difference in using +P or not? ( same questions , accuracy and over pressure plus if I do put a suppressor on, prob not going to use +P while suppressed).
3. Since it fires from a closed bolt, has anyone heard of a round “cooking off” after doing much shooting?

Thank u
All in advance.
Honestly, there probably isn’t any reason to really use the +P, but, you know…..potentially more fun hitting steel targets at greater range….
Also, any recommendations about ammo brands overall?

IMI made some 9mm ammo that was labeled 'UZI' and not to be used in standard 9mm firearms. An UZI can handle any and all 9mm loads.

It's strong enough, but I don't see any reason that you'd shoot much +P ammo due to cost, unless you have a stockpile of it.
Cook-offs can occur in FAs, but I've never heard of it in SAs.
