No problem I'm honored to help you spend your money. ( don't tell your wife I said that)
And once I reread the silly/stupid recall I bought two more.
I really don't need nanny warnings on my stuff me and all my kids made it through life without them and honestly I'd be a bit embarressed to have a child warning on my optic.

Might as well put a lead warning on each and every round.
As much as anything I was curious why they were so cheap. There is a lot of counterfeit stuff out there. Being sold post-recall via grey market channels seems like a plausible enough explanation though, and the reason for the recall seems pretty trivial.

I mean they could be but doubtful once they arrive you will see they would have to be doing the boxes also down to plastic wraping and laser SIG sticker.
Not impossible but a real PITA for a 53 dollar item.
As far as I can tell these look just like the shelf ones at a LGS accept I can get two for 112 shipped and the LGS is still asking 109 + tax as of last month.
Mind you these creeped up by a few dollars before I was getting them 106 last year for a pair. Jan pair was 112 He has raised the price by 3 bux a sight per pair. Or 6 bux per one.

Another vote for the sig romeo5.
It also has shake awake.
I've bought 5 from this vendor over the last two years.
Last purchase was this Jan when I bought two with one order.
Both were still the older stock without the recall battery warning label.
My 1st one went on the Lage 556.
Still going good.
They used to be 50 each but last order went up by 5 bux.
Still a decent deal.

No affiliation with the vendor accept for multi purchases that all arrived and were NIB

Clone? I'm betting these are not real Sig Romeo 5s.

I recall, wholesalers clearing these out a while back at a really good price, so I bet they are real. Besides, the Sigs are already clones!
Sig started making at least some (all?) of their optics here in the US.

Package says Designed in Oregon (USA), made in china.
Their office is easily seen from I-5 in Wilsonville.
