Old UZI

I need some help please. I have what I think is a very old UZI. It has no import marks I can find and the fire switch is in Hebrew. The only markings say SMC UZI and below that the numbers 072725. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is it a full auto?

Do you have the proper ATF paperwork?

It sounds like an IMI Model A Uzi SMG.

Yes I am in US. The guy I bought it from says it is not full auto. It is hit or miss on wether it fires or not. I think it needs a little work.

Post pics would help a lot ... It sounds like a parts gun ..Esp if in Hebrew .. So only a serial number on there and a markers make ? So the reciver is prob USA made then ?? Any other markings on it .. Cause SMC is not a company I have heard of in reference to UZI stuff ..

And what kind of UZI .. Full size , mini , micro, pistol ??

Maybe the "SMC" is actually "SMG", and it's a parts gun w/ welded in Receiver section?
