Coastal has been difficult to get ahold of and it seems that the business has slowed way down. Is there any companies, that anyone would recommend, that can rebuild it and update it? Maybe even shorten it a couple inches?

I was under the impression Coastal had shuttered completely a few years ago. The only suppressors I hear about from them are either used or new old stock.

Are they still around?

He emailed me back 2 weeks ago. Got the email from his website that looks defunct. Probably not worth waiting around for them

He wanted a picture and the info engraved on the can. I sent him that and waited a week for a response. I checked in at about a week and his last reply was something along the lines of, "I'll get back to you in a few days".

So I just left it at that and here I am asking you guys for a different company that might offer these services. I bought a semi uzi that I'd like to SBR and use this can on.

I have been happy with Joe Jones work of Curtis Tactical but he is now at Shaw Armament. Here is a link to my site with some of his work: https://c3junkie.com/?page_id=1093
He told me he will continue to do custom work at Shaw Armament but I think he is pretty backed up. I would reach out to him anyways. You never know. Since Coastal was popular at one time, he may have done a run of re-cores for them in the past and may even have some guts laying around.

Nick at Eccomachine is also very good and also very backed up as well.

I have used ECCO Machine and Fabrication in Colorado to recore and build a useable booster for an old SWR Trident 9 and the work was fabulous.

That said, his backlog was exceptionally long (but this during COVID) and may be shorter now.
