How many shooters did you have? How many stages? How long did the match take?

30-50 shooters, Four stages, and I'm going to guess 2hrs to shoot. I ran though it twice, so it took "all day".

Personally, I really like the way it's run, you hang out with your squad, helping reset targets, loading mags, and BS'ing, until your turn. When everyone is done, they grab their crap, and the squad rotates to the next stage. It turns a large event into a pack of small-groups, where you can meet an socialize.

It took roughly 2.5-3 hrs to shoot all 3 stages and that’s due to shooters helping reset and having their stuff ready when they came up to it being their turn.
