Has anybody seen a Vector SMG that has been NP3'd by Robar?  When my finish gets trashed from me using it every day this summer  I think I'd like to get it done.

Saw a Chuck Norris movie that had an UZI SMG with what looked like NP-3 since it was way too grey for hard chrome. Will look into it and let you know the title.

Familiar with NP-3 firsthand as I have a SIG 228 and 2 mags in full treatment. NP-3 is a micro polymer with PTFE resins that have the lubricity of wet ice on wet ice (slicker than deer guts on a door knob by the way). PTFE stands for polytetrafleuroethalene which is a coating as impervious to salt and rust as I have ever seen. It is as beautiful and slick as the day I got it. Robar also offers a black finish called Roguard if that is your preference. I would recommend NP-3 to anyone needing a new finish with these protective properties. One word of warning though...it is not inexpensive by any stretch but it lengthens the usable lifespan of my SIG from one lifetime to who knows how long.:D
