That's a good question. I'm not sure about Uzi parts but I've seen this issue with post ban HK guns and some of the US made replacement parts were unmarked and pretty much indistinguishable from the original. I'd hate it to come down to my word against the ATF. Not a good chance of winning that one. At a minimum you should keep some sort of documentation proving you purchased the US made parts.
I know my friend that builds FALs does this for each one he builds, documentation of where and when and what part he used to make the count. Personally I have an older TAPCO piston with no markings, saved the bill. The plastic furniture is also unmarked. Their hammer, trigger and sear have a "C" stamped on them. I was also curious if the Bushmaster UZI barrels are stamped that they sell as US made.

T-Man,
typically, the made in the USA parts for the Uzi type rifle are not USA marked (my old Quality Parts barrel, op rod/recoil spring, and Pro Mag magazine floor plates were not marked as such).  But the green and black Group Industries grips and forearms were marked with a GI on the inside.  As long as you have the receipts, I wouldn't worry if the parts were marked with USA.
