I have seen several Norinco 320s for sale and they all have 25 or 32 round mags. I thought since Norinco 320 fell under the confusing 922 law they had to have 10 round mags. Thinking about buying a Norinco but want to know about legal mag capacity before I get one. Thanks. John

save your money. for a little extra cash and lot less headache you could pick up a vector. the thumbhole stock sucks so bad you'll spend the extra converting it over to another anyway.

The 320 I bought years ago had a 10 round magazine that was the size of a 32 rounder. It was factory blocked to 10 rounds. It is US parts count and not magazine capacity that is the issue. See this for conversion to obnoxious appearance: http://files.uzitalk.com/reference/pages/norincoconvert.htm

I bought one NIB in the early 90's. The magazine was only blocked with a strip of sheet metal. It was easily removed with tin snips. It was as reliable as an IMI mag, but not as pretty.

MarkV is right about the rifle. Some work great out of the box, some don't. Mine didn't. If you still want one make sure it works or get a great price to help offset the expense of the US parts and/or possible repairs to make it reliable.
