They actually have sort of backed ATF into a corner. Their current guys saying this is an MG are going against the guy who literally wrote the textbook they studied on the subject, the guy who taught them from that textbook, and a former head of one of the units that applied that textbook info just like they are supposedly doing. Are they gonna testify that the experts who literally wrote the book and taught it to them are dead wrong? And if they succeed, now they are saying when X testified in that trial that the item was NFA, well he's full of crap so he may have been wrong. Would you like a new trial? Times thousands.
ATF will drag it out until they are broke or have to make a deal to survive financially, or just drop it as soon as a trial date arrives if they can hold out.
I may be wrong about RB. I originally thought they were going for a cash grab. Looks like they are going to fight.

FRT-15's determination as MG based on 4Chan video discovered by ATF agent (agent's 4Chan username info not known at this time). :roflmao
Determination was made before they even had a sample of the trigger (they had to purchase one on GB) in possession for examination. :bang
"ATF has previously interpreted the phrase "single function of the trigger" to mean a single movement of the trigger, whether that movement is the pull of the trigger or the release of the of the trigger."
disregard bumpstocks...
Hellfire Gen2. Is it a gimmick or does it really work??
All the videos are by Mrtriggerman. That bothers me somewhat as to credibilty/
One that i saw that wasnt by the same author just wouldnt run
Anyone know anything about these???They say adjustable ROF from 600-900
Thanks
From the videos on their website it essentially converts a stock AR15 into one with a "bump grip". You wrap it around the upper grip and it can move back and forth. You hold your grip around this piece instead of the grip, essentially. This allows the gun to buck back and forth against your trigger finger during recoil, mimicking the action of a bump stock or bumpfiring in general.
