Its an IMI model B. Is it bad to get a receiver with a blocking bar? Can they break easily? Can I change out the lower to a different one if I want? Sorry I have so many questions.

Most knowledgeable Uzi enthusiasts consider the RR / Slotted bolt to be the least desirable configuration for a transferable full-size Uzi.

Good luck with whatever direction you decide.

Personally, I would not buy an uzi with the slotted bolt unless it is considerably less. At last a couple thousand. I bought several machine guns from David Spiwak. He has several uzi's for sale at the moment. Look at his and compare his offerings to the uzi you are looking at. Give him a call and he will be glad to explain the pro's & cons.
