We all know uzitalk.com is THE place to go for uzi information of course! But over the course of owning my mini uzi, i have collected other bits of random information and little fun things that have not been featured on uzitalk. I have assembled the majority of this into a little almost "addendum" to uzitalk and it can all be seen here: http://www.shadeone.com/guns
there is a detailed description on the SBR transformation of my mini, my accessories and literature collection, a detailed part-by-part breakdown of the semi mini, uzi in action galleries, an "uzis in the movies" list, a little uzi icon generator and some videos. I tried not to duplicate the information found on uzitalk too much.
This site has been in my signature line here forever and many of you have seen it, but I have now finished the parts page so everything should be completely working! I still have a few things to add but for the most part its finished! Enjoy!

Very well done for a hobby page.

I love the fact that it's only the mini and not filled with click through adds.

Shadeone: Do us all and possibly your site a favor, loose the colors. I find it very irritating to try to read the writing thru the wild colors, the colors on Uzitalk are quite pleasing. Then again maybe it's just my old age getting to me.

Very nice Shade !!
I know you are collector like me. You search and look through every avenue of the internet to find the hard to locate parts. I can tell you've done your homework.
You have a Mini Uzi collection of parts, accessories and literature that we all envy.
Keep it up !!!

Uh, there is therapy available Shade.
LOL
As far as the colors, I don't have any issues. I do think the 3D effect with the blue hyperlinks is way COOL!

first i have to admit i have a problem ;)

and the links will remain blue... thats default for just about the entire internet. The rest of the red text though i must admit is a little hard on the eyes after trying to read it for a long time...

I'm red/green colorblind, so that may be why I don't seem to mind. :)

As far as the links, you can use any color code you want for links, based on the background color. I prefer blue since I can SEE it! :)

BTW, that plastic SMG box belongs with MY SMG! LOL

Good job!

Nice site. I think the black background with the bright colors is what's bothering people. I would think that a white background would be easier on the eyes. Thanks for the micro pics. Its hard to find action shots of them. I've never seen most of the ones that you have posted.

changed the color on the main page to grey text on black background... much easier on the eyes. and now it sort of fits with the grey and black uzi theme!

thoughts? ill do the rest of the pages later.

Flash Back to 1985! Thanks!

now featuring.... Mini uzi TOYS!!!
http://shadeone.com/guns/toys.html
i got bored.

Shadeone, thanks for posting the new "toys" link. In addition to my real Vector/Group Industries full size, I've got one the Cybergun/KWCs bb versions for cheap back-yard fun with my Daughters. However, I really enjoyed the link/photos to the old 1985 Larami Motorized Water Gun! My friends and I were in college in FL back then and falling in love with UZIs via Miami Vice, etc. NFA items (even pre 1986 ban MGs) were way out of our college student price range, but we had hours of fun having "water wars" with the Larami's! After 27 years I had forgotten about those simpler, good times - thanks for bringing back the memories. Great collection too, good show!
