Model B rear sight on a Model A receiver?

I've got a Vector Uzi I am sorting out some issues with.

I'd like to have an adjustable rear sight, and I was wondering if it's possible to convert the Model A rear sight to the Model B.

Looking at the two it seems like a matter of re-drilling the holes, but I wanted to see if anyone had done this before so I could benefit from their experience.

Yes it is possible. I have done it.
The right ear needs to be machined for the flat model B windage drum spring (https://iwi.us/product/uzi-windage-drum-spring/) along with drilling out the hole.
I bought the model B parts from https://iwi.us/store/ .........however it doesn't look like they currently have all the parts you would need.
You will probably have to find them elsewhere.
