MK760 Does not fire auto

My MK760 (like new transferable) I believe was converted from pistol S/N (Pxxx) to fully automatic just before the May 1986 deadline. I took it out today for the first time. Safe will not fire, semi fires one round per pull, but automatic fires only single shots. Any help would be appreciated.Thank you in advance for all your help.

Once the trigger bar contact surfaces wear, it'll begin slipping off the sear .....resulting in semi auto fire only.

Not a completely uncommon problem in MK760's

M60Joe used to be the go-to guy for repairs of this type, but he has retired. His recommended alternate is Gary's Bunker at:

You should be able to just send him the trigger assembly for repair, which makes life a little less stressful.
